Book Launch @ Opera Gallery, ION

On 24th November 2011, a new book by Genevieve Grosliere will be officially launched at Opera Gallery, ION Ochard. Yet to be named, this book will contain pages and pages of vibrant pictures of  Singapore from an eye of an expatriate.

All proceeds raised from the sales of this book will go towards running the five community programme by Food from the Heart.

TOYS BUFFET 2011 @ CHINESE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

The annual toy drive, now in its ninth year, will see over 20 schools all over the island, donate a favourite toy, to a child less privileged and the community donates over 14,000 toys for the underprivileged. This community programme is organised by Food from the Heart (FFTH), the community force that seeks to alleviate hunger and wastage.

 We at FFTH are proud to bring smiles to the faces of over 1000 children on on Friday, 11th November 2011 at Chinese International School.

RISING STARS ART EXHIBITION, COCKTAIL CUM AUCTION @ GALLERY NAWEI

Gallery Nawei Pte Ltd, in collaboration with Food from the Heart is organising a children’s art exhibition, under the Marina Mandarin Hotel’s “Artist-in Residence Programme” on 5 September 2011.  

Renowned Russian artist, Miss Tatiana Alieva from Gallery Nawei, has contributed her talent and time to provide her expertise and guidance to the young artists. Children were inspired to produce art pieces in their own interpretation of Singapore’s nature and environment.
 
This art exhibition will be held on 5 Sep 2011, 6.30pm – 9.30pm at  Gallery Nawei, Marina Mandarin Hotel.

All proceed raised from the sales of the artworks will go towards Food from the Heart, a nonprofit organization in Singapore.
